There's so many good forums on this site that you'll be able to find what you're looking for.  

You just got to treat it like a business and get reservations from other sites and most importantly direct booking

You know, all the extra that we as investors would do ourselves had we been on site.  

Then when your stepson comes of age you'll be all ready to move...You can customize the home just as you want it this way and have a family treasure to pass down.I'm assuming this will be a remote site and no permits needed?

Living on-site also gives you valuable hands-on experience as a landlord, which can be incredibly helpful if you plan to build a rental portfolio long term.

If it’s owned by an LLC, look up the mailing address and managing member through the Secretary of State site.
