Never had a premature failure....More important to drain it down every year I think....

Almost everything mops up or can be scraped if they get gum or some other sticky stuff on the floor.

I think you posted on another topic that you were buying them and not able to get them un-gummed and I kind of figured it out from there, but I appreciate the response.

I'm afraid that the talk of bottoming out is premature and is not based on the facts.

I guess timing of the roof in other states comes down to how harsh the climate is there.The heat does prematurely bake roofs here but we are lucky to get an inch of snow a year so the cold is not an issue really.

Acetone is one way, but I would also look into some of the new adheasive removers.The one that I am thinking of is called something like Gunk or Gum.
