I know this sounds crazy but....the aggressive high training and recruitment brokerages will have ads on Craigslist trying to get you to work for them. 

@Simon Everett Simon as far as I am concern, recruiters would bring in the connections for you.

Designing logos, answering customer complaints for agents you're responsible for as a broker, accounting, training, licensing, RECRUITING....I can't believe the amount of turnover, so probably 80% of your time should be/will be recruiting new agents for your brokerage....and then you have to figure out how to take care of the other million tasks in your 10-20% of the time which is important.   

I joined eXp, similar to @Jason Taken to tap into the multiple streams of income through sales, recruiting, and stock investing that it allows you to leverage. 

Recruiting senior talent into the Bay Area has become difficult over the last decade as the housing costs have made it a harder and harder sell for people esp if said talent is moving a family into the area.

I did it as a football coach in recruiting and I am doing it today as an agent and investor.

Hi Everyone, Wondering if anyone has any experience working with a Healthcare recruitment/placement agency, in regards to finding renters vs taking the more conventional route and posting an ad.

I would also 1 recruit an accountant well versed in REI and get his help with the financials.

You might consider reaching out to some recruiters in the DFW area they could probably place you somewhere.
