I think that is what makes me smile the most.

Sometimes they ignore me and talk to him and he just smiles, shrugs and looks at me.

Smile more this year than my past 28 combined.  

I have personally talked to few Big Dogs to help them and loved to see the smiles on their faces few months later when they had success!!

Having a debt free primary was all it took for my wife to smile and turn me loose in the RE candy store the first time around!! 

Some Walmarts now have the greeters all but chasing people down demanding to see their receipts so I don’t think the greeter smile as much in those stores.

Me personally, would purchase myself a new/relatively new Porsche Cayman GTS (70-90k) so i'll smile every time I'm in a car, make sure i'm situated in a nice area I enjoy living, and invest the rest for cashflow. done, simple.PS. someone mentioned Topsail.

Hi Bin,When I saw your post, I couldn't help but smile because it's nice to know others have to deal with the same issues.
