It sounds like you might have been in Point Loma when you stopped over to Japan, what I love about San Diego is that its a dynamic city with each suburb having its own unique charm, vibe and beauty to it.

Is it especially cute or charming or spacious?

The charm and uniqueness of it captures me. 

There will always be a market for students on the West Side, where houses are cheaper, neighborhoods are charming, and rent is reasonable.

If you're in Olde Town Arvada -- the charming downtown with shops, bars/breweries and restaurants -- you can be in downtown Denver in 15 minutes. 

Most renters will likely go into downtown one day to shop and have a bite--it's charming, but there isn't enough to do there that you absolutely have to be close.

It saves me money once I've spoken with someone and they've shown no motivation to not mail them again.I of course take them off my list but after 180 days listsource will no longer suppress those names.
