I have no experience with real estate so here I am, ready to absorb everything I can in order to embark on a successful real estate investment career.

You can amass significantly more wealth in a tax advantaged account over the course of your lifetime than you can in one where you are taking that huge hit every year.

I dont really see it as a way for an investor to make money, just a way to sell a house to someone who can't get a loan right now, but can in a year or 2 and wants the house.
