Maybe new high paying employment hubs have come in that weren't there a decade ago.  

Charlotte will be our main hub.

If Columbus pulls off its (so far successful) transition to Midwest big tech and high-tech manufacturing hub, it will continue to reap the benefits.

@Joe Splitrock I imagine the reason I am seeing these deals is because they are in more rural areas that aren’t as trendy or have more of a blue collar job base vs cities like Charlotte or Raleigh that are financial or tech hubs.

In my opinion, it’ll be a central hub that will offer residents the opportunity to work in either Orlando or Tampa, especially if work from home continues to become the norm. 

Texas is a hub for investors due to affordable housing, high demand for rental properties, and favorable landlord laws.

Our Encode uses wifi.Not sure but there may be a Encode version that uses a hub.
