People need somewhere to put their make-up, brushes, razors, etc. 

You saved my A$$ mate by telling me "get out" and we where printing money at the time...Had no clue how bad it was until your call.Believe it or not, the Fed's contacted me not too long ago regarding the fiasco.Great to see those guys still going after it 6-7+ years later Well I take care of my favorites  :)  I was very active in Indy at the time and saw the cluster going on there and you just dont want to get painted with his brush..

If you want to brush up there are 2 good books in the BP book store by J Scott - one is about flipping the other about estimating rehab cost.

And there should never be a time when any kind of BULLYING is brushed off as "light." 

It really comes down to the real human condition of certain communities and instead of brushing it off, walking away, to actually be involved in them.

Also, the hate that created these practices in the first place is brushed under the rug and never labeled as the real reason why something exists. 

He’s not involved in the business at all.I’ve spent my entire professional career in places and spaces dominated by men and I use this difference to my advantage.I sometimes get comments that go something like “wow, you’re pretty good at ——— for a woman” but I just brush that sh*# off.2 things have been tremendously helpful to me.1-I’m very systematic and set processes for everything, including picking contractors and getting bids.2-I’m involved in an amazing mastermind group that helps me learn, network and share wins and losses.I’ve been taken advantage of by a contractor or two but most REIs I know have.

Brush up on building code requirements: in basements you're looking for egress windows that are 5.7 sq feet or more openable (3ft by 3ft casement style windows work best), and ceiling heights 6ft 8 inches or greater (as little as 6 ft 4 inches is ok under ductwork and beams though)2.

Or you could be brushing up on your skills.
