You leave that dehumidifier off for a few hot days, you get a lot of stank.I'm a big fan of ripping out jobs like these and whatever else you put in, for your base work use steel studs, purple drywall, PVC trim, and foam for insulation behind the drywall.

My mom has a lime green house with pink trim and purple shudders and garage door and the drive way is pink as well in SW florida and her place stays rented out.

I removed closet doors so I can paint the walls and gaps you couldn't otherwise reach.I don't know is she's going to end up painting 90% and doing a lousy job of it and I end up having to reverse it.and I don't know if she may paint them purple or dark brown.Would you allow your tenant to repaint?
