I've heard rumblings in Illinois about folks who are depressed, bi-polar, PTSD, etc. being able to have "support animals."

Aside from being totally creepy, (and to be fair, I need to understand this is potentially a mental disorder and I don’t want to shame or discriminate against that) there have been no actual violations.

We have a very long term tenant (26yrs) who occasionally does similar things... a result of a anxiety disorder (which is a qualified disability.)
