As the tenants pay off the MH you can then slowly raise rent as well B/C they now own them and there is no place to take them you have a captive audience.

so we will be looking forward to hearing back from you after the freebie, but I really want to caution everybody about how easy it is to get sucked up into seminar hype when their audience is 'captive' meaning all the information is controlled and filtered to ensure that their promoted services and products always come up roses and "I'd better buy NOW otherwise the opportunity will be lost forever"!
