I've had good luck recruiting cleaners from homeless shelters and halfway houses. 

We were up to 10 agents, but none were producing anywhere near as much as I was.I ended up spending so much time recruiting, coaching and training agents who weren't producing that my own numbers took a big hit. 

You can get a higher split 80/20, passive income from recruiting other agents (You can get this from the other two as well, or sometimes just a bonus check), and agent ownership of a company (publicly traded). 

You can also call the HR/Recruiting offices of hospitals in your areas and ask them if they have an area where you can advertise your home.
