There isn't going to be any real ventilation in the bathroom, so you should wear a paint respirator with organic vapor cartridges as you put this on.Once you've got it spot primed, break out setting-type joint compound.

I practically live in my respirator.

The Complete reigns supreme as the stinkmaster world champion but the fumes are so bad that even if you wear a respirator with organic vapor cartridges it will attack your eyes.If you're paying contractor prices to get this done sight unseen in KY or NC, rip out all the hardwoods, roll the Kilz Max all over the subfloor (they'll refuse to use the Complete, and probably gripe about the Max), and do the luxury vinyl plank thing.

Word to the wise, expensive full-face respirator with Kilz Complete.

And, the chemicals are so TOXIC 3 minutes around the fumes without a respirator and you will be struggling for air for 2 days.

Just make sure you wear a respirator! 

I wore a respirator while working in the unit.I ended up removing all baseboards and trim pieces as the cat pee was soaked into the stuff and behind it. all interior and exterior doors were removed as the bottom hinges were rusted from the cats peeing on it. 

Supply these guys with respirators, gloves and tools. 

Once we had the tenant out, we had to literally wear respirators to enter the house.  

That means, usually, N95 paper resirator dust masks (you get them cheap in bulk on Amazon) and a standard half-face painter's respirator with removable cartridges.
