As a side note- if you are Familiar with Wake Forest Uni. it is one of the premier schools in the states, and one of the more prestigious schools in the country.

There's a mix of good reviews and horror stories though, and as we're superhosts (airbnb) or premier plus (VRBO) on all the properties we're a bit worried about a PM tanking our good reviews.

I am currently looking for inventory in Detroit...performing or vacant property, preferably multifamily or brick...not in war zones...as far as notes go, I would be open to looking at them, but they need to be strong in Detroit...or for a large UPB in a premiere area.
