I "enjoy" reading it because it reinforces my view that people are impoverished due to the choices they've made, that absentee fathers and loose women play big roles in poverty, and that our government encourages / enables poverty far more than it does to solve it.

I would add that it's also going to have an insidious effect on your brain -- when you drive it, it will be constant reinforcement of the you-deserve-nice-things-and-you-can-afford-them message that this society is constantly working to insinuate into your unconscious.

Opportunities will come and this will reinforce our decisions to become full-time real estate investors.  

Just to reinforce, the problem is we are facing exponential growth.
