Cost of advertizing?

So the first column after description would be adverting expenses, then auto,  all the way to other, if I count it right, 15 columns.

I will have my broker advertize it.Thanks for the warning

As an investor I would be happy to receive an email advert from time to time and relevant article or story as well.

Get their numbers and substitute them with REAL numbers and add in all the expenses they left out (management, maintenance, cleaning, adverts, transportation cost, etc) and build your offer that way.

I do pay a flat fee around $250 plus advertizing costs which to me is reasonable.

I adverted it before 100% finished (still need to add gutters and do landscaping) and it worked out for me.

I took out copious amounts of expensive adverts on Trulia and Zillow about mid year, but looking back on my transactions to date, Bigger Pockets is by far the winner on quality leads!

ONe thing though that I see were folks just do not give enough information on their adverts  so they really don't know how to write an advert those folks are wasting their money and time...
