The thing is I have been hearing a lot about OH and a relator on here got me hooked with really good background so I am naturally biased for OH ( specifics are still being worked on) question is now that I have a pre approval and I can start looking into properties how would you suggest to understand the location more(I am a OOS investor)/as a starter would you look into OH or should I go to another market. lastly, I have gotten a 300k approval with requirements.
