Each iteration I read about not having a GC supply or pay for materials, actually has nothing about a desire to control the materials management leg of things, it's from a perception/assumption that it will save-$, effect a reduced cost of materials. 

(we are about to possibly get statewide rent control) We landlords all need to seriously consider the consequences of these perceptions and our actions.

3) Price is too high for prospect perception of property value--- Prospects are only willing to pay so much for what a property is.

Sometimes there are some tiny details in perception, which you could get only personally connecting with people who enter the property. 

I do have problem with them taking advantage of homeowners and not giving an accurate perception of what they are leaving on the table.

@Phil Glantz  I agree with you on the perception of the industry...

This situation has given her the perception that "everyone" is after her, and now she is afraid of going outside.

While I am a business and my company buys houses, I want the perception that it is just me and we are going to be friends not just people who did a business transaction together.
