Made to Stick and Purple Cow are pretty good marketing books.

Guess they'd have time to paint but not mow the yard LOL.So I just don't want to seem to "mean landlord" but at the same time want to have some standards.I guess I would consider it in the master bedroom, which has a wood laminate floor, and I considered repainting anyway as the color is a very pale off-white but w/a slight purple undertone.

I'm picturing purple velvet robes, in a castle somewhere with candles and monks singing Gregorian chants as background music.And of course the stock options, ping pong tables in the BP lounge, and free beer Fridays are nice perks too.

Our three boys bedrooms are BLUE and one bathroom is purple (had to find some wallpaper that worked with our 70's harvest gold bathtub).WHY I LIKE TAN: It's neutral, and it feels WARM and cozy.

Since I do not want to have neighbors that paint their house purple or park 20 cars out front, we will be needing some restrictive documents for buyers to sign. 

Also, the funding fee doesn't exist at all if you're 10% disabled, or have a purple heart. 

All of the answers on here are pretty accurate, but I wanted you to know about one special rule that you don't want to fun afoul of in your state, if it's a part of your state's law.In some states, even the dead person has no known heirs to claim their personal property, you are still required to box up and store anything that is "irreplaceable" such as photo albums, trophies, etc. until such time as a family member may claim them.
