It's an issue of speculative mania and masses of lemmings buying in to the "financial freedom" hype you see on here and elsewhere.

I really don’t get the hype behind it or any random mountain for that matter.

Give you some tips on finding deals then get your adrenaline pumping and hyped up with a few success stories and positive thinking psychology in a group setting . 

I think that "retail" sellers and agents are caught up in the hype of the appreciating market and overpriced their properties.

Well - having the lowest barriers to entry (no license or degree or formal ed requirements) and lowest capital requirement (no or not much money available) coupled with guru hype of quick and easy riches from your living room in your pajamas- no wonder it's a sought after niche!  

SO FAR COVID 19 is in the neighborhood of a 2-3% rate and has infected under 200k that we know of and around 5k deaths...... infect 34 million with COVID 19 and do the math...Please let the people at the CDC and WHO handle the comparisons and set the concern level agenda..... when the experts in the field basically tell us all "get ready to get the sh*t kicked out of us" I believe them...... and THATS NOT MEDIA HYPE.....

What are the actual stats he has delivered other than hyping you up and making you chug some red bull? 

I actually read his book ~2007-2008 and we got hyped and paid off our house, which was awesome.
