My understanding of the regulation is that you can't restrict tenants from having satellite dishes completely.

I was analyzing a few Multifamily properties and one in particular had great numbers with great cash flow, but looking at the neighbors’ houses, the area seemed a little too “class D-ish” lol and that’s not what I want.

I take lots of breaks, I allow myself days where I just go to the park with my dog to read a fiction novel, I don't sweat a cluttered house.If I could give advice to my younger self, I'd tell me to do the above - forget the dishes and go play with my daughter. 

The guys would try to push me right out of the way, have all the fun, then write up their report and leave me to do the dishes if I would have let them. 

As you alluded, a rooming house can be lucrative, but it will be more administratively involved than letting apartments.We rent furnished rooms and provide dishes, cookware and appliances in our kitchens.  

Landlord via LandlordLandlord cheater, I  unknown from now i see , rent was 1,000 dollars renter it house not good condition I should check even whole house check up before paid the rent , but Landlord not give the list even room to room , bathroom, wash and dry has wrong wall pause and no dish-wash, house so small size , we know suppose be good for living comfortable, whole house still not condition found and foundation balance .

The Broker can either deal directly or disperse his lead flow to satellite sales people aka real estate agents.  

More people in kitchen, more dirty dishes, more fridge space.

Create MANDATORY program in an area that effects virtually all citizens, then dish out EXEMPTIONS/WAIVERS for political gain.Power, political contribs, favors...etc.
