In my experience the...the idea that a Realtor would "blackball" a flat fee listing is ludicrous AND more controversially, I think the strategy of offer the full 3% (Or some even say more) to the buyer broker to entice them to sell it is equally ludicrous.I have sold 30 houses in 2 years via flat fee and I offer 2% to the buyer broker every time.

In order to get a U-visa as a victim, you'd be already here, so that also doesn't fall into my answer.While they may have changed the wording, there's still a category that "internationally acclaimed' celebrities or whoever's won some international prizes or whatever are able to apply.
