Mostly hype and VERY little substance, I was quite disappointed to find their rates and terms are a lot worse than what I already accomplish as a money broker. 

The standard contract, and all others I have read, do Not make the contract binding on heirs...unless that is in your contract, you’re SOL.On the other hand.....some of my best deals have been when dealing with sellers that had some kind of substance abuse addiction issue...they get motivated for the quick buck.  

They manage the cleaning/balancing of the hot tub (we supply chemicals). 

I negotiate the relationships/contracts for one of the largest chemical producers in the world.

What I am trying to understand though is I read he was in front of the screen in the movie theater with a gas mask on.He threw chemical canisters and people thought this was a stunt for the new movie and that it was fog.The theaters we have here have no way to unlock a door from the outside.You have to push open from the inside to get in next to the screens.So how did this guy get in from what they say a gas mask,chemical canisters,a shot gun,and assault rifle,and two regular size hand guns?????

I 100% agree with the OP and i havent been her very long. when i first found BP i seemed to find new post that seem to have substance. now its all how many investors are engineers, how many investors are doctors and no offense to those poster but things of that nature have no real value. and if that was an out liar then ok but its more and more common to have things that dont talk about real estate.

I'd certainly recommend doing some kind of environmental study given the chemicals and such that could have been used there but more-so I'd be curious if the city wouldn't have a testing requirement to redevelop. 

Then buy the proper chemical to spray on that will take research to figure the proper type  .
