The 6.8 was some 65 miles south of me, I was on the 2nd floor of an office building that shook so hard for a minute that people were having problems staying standing up.

I shook my head the entire call until it concluded.My experience was just bad.

My new clients looking to purchase as well as clients still left since the market shook up last year are realistic.  

I remember I said "Oh my" out loud and shook my head side-to-side when Tyler said he was continuing forward with Ocean Pointe based on a conversation with Clayton who said everything was all good. 

I saw someone post in a group who I think is a schmuck brag about hitting a specific figure for their training and I just shook my head - like wow - this person is a great sales person and just steals the same lines from the business book about working hard and throwing out some slick slogans - but man oh man - when real estate gets hard people move to being a guru - just look at FB ads right now - many are not funds anymore but how to raise money, how to do X.

The conversation started "We have been very clear on solicitation another student (who I had met 2 hours earlier and whose English was so bad I could barely understand him so shook my head when he spoke when we don't understand but want to be friendly) told me you and him are opening an LLC and recruiting other students."

The pandemic shook these age ranges for a loop so we are still seeing where their paths will take them.

It kind of shook me up at first.  

All 5 of them shook their heads in disbelief, saying "who in the world would let a complete stranger sleep in their home?
