What methods do they use to screen tenants?

For those of you who have done BRRRRs, what financing methods have you used to cover both the purchase and rehab costs—ideally up to 100% hard money?

I've grown a 70+ door portfolio BRRRR'ing in just 3 years. the creative hybrid method is what I think can be done at scale. buy one BRRRR with the Heloc and every year move to a new small multi family BRRRR with low money out of pocket. as your capital grows you can grow faster and faster

The BEST method for real estate investing is very simple: increase earnings, reduce expenditures, save, and invest from your own funds.You should focus on increasing earnings and learning how to manage your budget.
