Looking for some advice from real world warriors out there!

I attended Rod Khleif’s Warrior Bootcamp over four years ago, and it completely changed the trajectory of my real estate investing journey.

I am either enjoying the sunset in a far-off Caribbean Island with all the money I have from RADD or slaving away back where I belong at Fort Bragg (Liberty) NC for the government to ensure our great SOF Warriors have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities to protect our Nation and people like you who enjoy the ability to freely post on blogs, threads, etc. such as Bigger Pockets without any real knowledge of what they post.

There are too many weekend warriors willing to pay a much higher percentage when its on the MLS. 

I have been in Rod's Warrior group for almost 2 years.

It hosts the darn Golden State Warriors.

Except my view is that a W2 job is low return compared to what can be done working independently to build wealth.Agreed so much better value I can provide to the world than what I was providing through my W2.I mean I already coach soccer, basketball, and teach Personal Finance and STEM at my kids homeschool Co-Op.
