No, they do not have cash flow at max LTV on day 1 anywhere.I challenge anyone that claims otherwise to post their underwriting on this thread.

I will add that I think the biggest disconnect with newer note investors is they want "good notes" for cheap prices.

The biggest impactor would be get rates to drop in a fantasy type of way, to say 4.5%. - 30yr at 4.5% = total monthly payment of: $1,641.71How do you get mortgage rates down to 4.5%?
