It's a cook book.

I rented a two bedroom in 1977 on Cook Book Lane in Ft Mitchell. 

If you could put a little curved shelf to the left of the cabinet above the stove on which one could put cookbooks or something decorative it would be an inexpensive way to make that area look more finished. 

In my cookbook, too many chefs will spoil the stew. 

I am also a cookbook author with books on Amazon about home food preservation.

You get a cookbook with a recipe that looks good, discover a great fried chicken meal, and make your grocery list of ingredients to make a meal for your family.

I realize there is no recipe / cook book for what will work.  

My girlfriend and I were thinking of maybe a wine rack or cookbook holder. 

The problem is that most folks don't follow the cook book because it's work.

People cook books to benefit themselves - to look good with lenders and buyers.You need to see the gross rent, the expenses  - take one form the other and you get the NOI - divide that into the  the asking price to get the CAP rate.Buyers and Sellers are lairs - get the facts, make em prove it and make an offer based on you desired return.
