Mistakes due to inexperience can be even more costly.

As a broker in NNN 21 years and owner of my company what I would say is DON'T RISK your buyers hard earned dollars with the inexperience of not knowing NNN.Residential brokers and agents see commercial and think whopper of a check compared to selling houses.You need to refer this off to someone that has experience and not wing it with your buyers hard earned cash.

My book in experience is regimented and seamless especially if have any issue along the way. 

The inexperience doesn't stop there.

Their inexperience causes transaction disruptions when paperwork isn't right, seller isn't on the same page, weak relationship with the title company, etc.

Overpriced homes - sometimes people put their property on the market hoping to catch an inexperience buyer. 

Here is where my inexperience (this was only my 3rd syndication) nailed me. 

I'm hoping that AI will make it easier to find actionable information and for like-minded individuals to mastermind (versus current networking that is full of pitches and/or inexperience).

Not sure what you are getting at but as a seller who is selling as-is you typically get larger escrow and limit the contingencieswe usually give a seven day inspection contingency but let the buyer know it's as is and we are not making any repairs.as a seller, there are many things you can do to mitigate this and it's what separates experience from inexperience 

Both we and the sellers have expressed our inexperience and our desire for legal protection to not get taken advantage of in a transaction.
