Asked this same question a lot--here's my two cents--first define what you're trying to work towards & when you want to get there--a lot of people want passive income with minimal effort then get upset when their "sanity" currency becomes over leveraged--check out Robert Allen's shift--he started as a massive creative financing & BRRR promoter then went the turn key route --DM if interested, can expand 

But, my belief based on extensive experience is that most “early adapters” will be sponsors selling junk they can’t get rid of any other way.   

It is my belief that your best chance of producing a good return on the value add is to go big on things that add value.  

Books and podcasts galore, promoting the phenomenon.

I deleted the "promotion" immediately, of course.

My gut, until proven wrong, is that he’s just another pretender hoping to cash in on self promotion/marketing.  

My view is the difference in cash flow in the local market basically is poor compensation for the additional work of an STR versus LTR.my belief is most markets are like the two markets I mentioned.  

Aim for a base hit, not a home run; one solid, boring rental you can actually manage builds belief and opens the next door.

Also 2500 to 3000 Down is not realistic over here for a couple reasons.Over here, we cannot do the contract for deed thing that Scott is promoting.
