Perhaps his reaction was due to some mental issue or just plain anger, in either case I didn't feel safe bringing up any other concerns.

It will be interesting to see what the bond market reaction will be this year. 

The only way to see what the market will bear is to put the property on the market to rent and see the prospective tenant reactions.
