Sadly, there are people who will steal things and no cameras will stop them.

I honestly don't get why someone would not pick up dog poop in their own yard - just lazy and sad in my opinion.

Sadly, most often a person would be trapped in a loop of empty answers that don't speak to such end goal. 

It is astonishing how little you hear from them and turnover costs are really low between tenants.The sad reality is that you have to buy more expensive properties to attract those tenants.

It is sad that no enforcement can even go after their fraudulent business practices. 

That's kind of sad to hear.
