I'm solid on the fundamentals and running numbers, but I definitely have a few gaps in local knowledge since I haven’t lived there yet.Are there any investor meetups, networking groups, or regular in-person events around Green Bay that you’d recommend?

Motivation....they have to have a driving force like:New job in new location, must move before job starts.Life event....marriage, kids, divorce, retirement....must get more bedrooms or reduce expenses.Investor with cash they want to invest...especially 1031 clients.Everyone who is comfy in their house and just "thinking" of moving, is NOT moving. 

Early on, not everyone heard every option at live events.

I was speaking at a RIA event in LA one time and I asked the audiance about 100 folks who did private lending over half the room raised their hands.. just have to go to these events and keep networking easy to find someone.

I actually met my mentor at a networking event, and we even partnered on a deal for my first property.

There definitely are free sports channels on Roku, maybe not the sports he was looking for but believe there are channels offering the more common sports.
