Financing a property with a loan that in 6 months charges interest of 19.8 - 24% is beyond risky - it’s suicidal.  

It would be economic suicide. 

This is very unwise and a financial suicide mission.

I recall a few guys committing suicide. the one in Sisters was if I recall correctly you head out 20 towards Bend and it was right on the east side of town and right off of 20..

To me that seems to be career suicide.

I think it would be financial suicide to give up a 500k a year job that you know how to do and is secure to launch into thinking your going to replace it with rental income.. unless your sitting on 5 mil plus in  cash with no debt.
