Been tracking supplies and costs as we furnish STRs, happy to share the list if anyone is interested. 

A few things are there-- a partially unboxed sofa, some cleaning supplies, a towel-- but there is no evidence of him every staying there overnight. 

Looks- As you can see above the Beige or Tan color looks the same as regular storage units.
