I would mention to Tenant B that I was visiting Tenant A and smelled what seemed like marijuana smoke coming from their side and remind them there is no smoking permitted inside the house.

Some cities like S.F. are even providing FREE alcohol, marijuana and methadone to these people.

The 4 guests smoked marijuana in the house (strong smell), broke a window blind and a picture, put a hole in the bathroom wall, chipped an end table and worst of all vomited on the couch and front porch.

The two neighbors that we've met have both complained about them, saying they smoke marijuana in the garage and are generally "rowdy" (kids throwing rocks at cars, garage seems to be some sort of default "hangout") in an otherwise nice family neighborhood.  

We have not done the background check and don't know what will it report, but he said that he was in a car with three other friends in North Dakota (very conservative state, according to him) and all got caught because they had marijuana pipes.  

To answer your question- MMJ just means "medical marijuana".
