Pretty much the same model as ABC CapitalABC was mainly Israelis and south Americans  some Canadians as well. foreigners are usually so distrusting I found it amazing when talking to a few attorneys representing these folks how trusting they were and how they simply had no clue how RE transacts in the US.  

There is a series of books called "Be the Better Broker" written by a Canadian mortgage broker that I thought was particularly insightful for me.
