Were the bottom 20% almost entirely in MS,KY,NM, new border crossing immigrants, and Indian reservations?

You could not beat the Chinese, the Mexican and the Indian that first arrive here, and those countries has million people that could produce more with less money.

Indian Rocks Beach amended their law quietly and someone caught it and they lost their whole entire law.Hillsborough County passed an (illegal) 7 day minimum in 2017 (or 2019 I forget) and they do not enforce it.
