Some of them messaged me to say be careful, as they felt I was being encouraged by the program to have a wreckless disregard and take a dicey flip gamble and lose money.

I used to own three rentals in Seattle but after 2012 when the prices got too high I realized that sophisticated buy-and-hold investors invest where the numbers make sense with cash flow, not appreciation (gambling).

Remove the good planning, and your just gambling on guesses, not investing.

For the love of humanity don't buy any sub $200k or $180k Class C homes - it's a gamble, could do well or do bad.
