Expendable income attracts all the cool food joints, breweries, yoga studios, etc. that millennials love.Love prices + cool stuff = millennials crack.And before you know it the area has been "gentrified 2.0" and blows up like crazy.

My wife is at a yoga retreat in Bali and wondered why she would be getting a call like this! 

There's a ton of bars, parks, restaurants and yoga studios that you can walk to.

In Atlantic City, there's a Yoga Studio that's been holding some great events for the area that involves social justice, developing the area, etc.

In addition to not paying their rent on time, they have also been operating an illegal prohibited business a yoga studio!

See if you can see any signs of gentrification such as yoga studios, hippie restaurants etc.

Must be some new yoga thing I don't know about.

I enjoy yoga and hope to teach this summer, and I also enjoy circus arts, dance, cooking, technology & computers, and exploring!
