Wholesaling a Sub2
How do you make money when wholesaling a Sub2?
Do you just take your fee and assign the sub2 contract?
The seller would then only incur fees on the closing cost and fee side?
Seems like it could be a great way to go.
I have a potential seller that this may work great for.
Can anyone give more info into doing this for wholesale.
