A good home inspector will already be checking for electrical / plumbing / age or condition of roof and other everyday items like those so it should be in the general home inspection report you requested.

I'd like something that the tenant can fill out online with information such as rental history, ss#, stated income, current landlord information and such an added bonus would be if they had a rental verification form attached a second added bonus is if I can save this form for my files.Please note I'm not looking to do a tenant screening.
