A good home inspector will already be checking for electrical / plumbing / age or condition of roof and other everyday items like those so it should be in the general home inspection report you requested.

I think the reasoning they have shared is that it has to do with tracing funds and verification being harder with LLCs than individuals. 

Get a home inspection with a reputable company for verification.

This would be lakefront. augusta maine, augusta georgia... my recommendation is to do your own research on this as this is like asking someone what age they gonna die at?

I've been at this a while and have over 70% equity in my combined portfolio, and I'm over 50 years of age, so I don't look at creative financing options. 

I'd like something that the tenant can fill out online with information such as rental history, ss#, stated income, current landlord information and such an added bonus would be if they had a rental verification form attached a second added bonus is if I can save this form for my files.Please note I'm not looking to do a tenant screening.

All the other properties of similar age and have much lower rent than ours.
