Looking for recommendations from people who’ve had good communication, on-time (fast) closings, and who will do ~75% LTV on rural properties (its ok if they dont).Quick facts:Appraised value: $180,000 (appraisal already done)Current liens: none (no loans against the house)Credit: ~690 (dipped from using cards during the flip)Current lender: Easy Street Capital — only offering 65% LTV and communication has been poor / unclear about statusNeed: DSCR loan or cash-out refinance that actually closes and a lender/team that communicates proactivelyAsk: Who have you used for DSCR loans on rural properties (especially East Texas or similar markets)?
