I can make a suggestion, but you might not like McDonald's cheeseburgers.

Even having just greasy surfaces, you've got a food source. 

I buy right and expect and usually get the desired profit at the end.But even a different business like McDonalds is still speculative that people will want to eat a cheeseburger.

with inflation increasing and taxes - you're money is earning .5%.you might as well go out and spend it on cheeseburgers and fries.learn about investing and how to make your money - WORK FOR YOU.rather than you working for money.

if you're about to invest in your first property and don't know the "formula to find out the ROI" - stop.you're no where near ready to buy anything except a cheeseburger at McDonald's.i'm not saying that to make fun either...even though it is funny :D seriously though - welcome to the forum!!

If I get some in the end, that's icing on the cake (but Uncle Sam will get his greasy fingers in that icing first lol). 

I'd run the vent duct outside if you possibly can, greasy kitchens are nasty.

I have just one tenant who pays in cash now (used twenties from a cash job) and I get all the logistical difficulties, but really...it's CASH.In the brief interim of time between receiving my wad of greasy, stinking twenties in my hot little hand and the moment I stuff those bills into the slot of the ATM, I feel alive.

for the completed survey (done via email/Google survey to limit paperwork/printing fees/hassle) AND make the gift card/certificate to the town's greasy spoon or similar, and ask the greasy spoon to promote you in exchange for buying all the gift cards!!  

I hate him because he is an irritating greasy slimebucket, And he comes on tv in the middle of the night.
