An analysis or the realistic current sale price, rental rates, financing rates and anticipated future value along with your personal financial situation will lead to an “informed” answer as to whether sell at the current market value or rent and hold and hope for future price appreciation.  

When I do my underwriting, I look at present value and future value, meaning, the deal I negotiate today should yield cashflow now, and cashflow + equity after the balloon, based on projected future value and projected future costs. 

But they measure success in more than just dollars—they also measure it in lives changed, neighborhoods restored, and futures brightened.

Taking a real estate course is one way to learn about about real estate, you get to network with clients who are investors or future investors.
