Hey BP fam,I’ve been self-managing a couple small multifamily properties (1-4 units) for a few years now and was curious to hear from others in a similar boat.If you’re a small landlord — especially if you’re doing everything yourself and don’t use property management software — what are the 2 or 3 things that drive you nuts, take up too much time, or just feel like constant friction?

Truvii seems good but they’re based abroad in Tel Aviv so I wasn’t sure if that posed any obstacles with issuing payments on claims and would love to hear if anyone has experience working with them?
