It’s important to consider where the properties are located and where the Series LLC will be doing business.The primary advantage of using a Series LLC is the ease and efficiency with which you can create individual "series" (or "cells") within the master LLC, each functioning as a separate entity without the need to file separate LLCs with the state.

See the partnership agreement to see what it says about dissolution / buying a partner out.You should be getting a discount when buying out your partner.Remember that it costs about 8% to sell a property between realtor fees / transfer taxes, etcTherefore, you should be offering FMV of his share less discount for exiting less 8% to sell the property.I was involved in a 2 person partnership where my partner asked me to buy him out.best of luck!
