Andrew, shared equity programs can help with down payments, but the trade-off is giving up a portion of your property's future appreciation.

It shows you all of your trades and your FICO 8 (I think) scores, which are similar to FICO 2/4/5 used in mortgage lending.

We went from 4.1% to 6.2% this year on that loan… So there are trade-offs to consider.Otherwise, my best advice is to put each property in one person‘s name if you happen to be married.

The only data points I have are permits pulled (which don't seem to be down much), local builder incentives (which continue to blow my mind) and the quarterly earnings of the national publicly traded builders, which all seem to be down 25% or more year over year  market specific.. 

I don't understand the results: It matched with HOME MORTGAGE ALLIANCE but even looking through it's record of all the other trade names, none match Strategic Investments Partners.
