Lord knows there are a lot of fancy, online GP's now with beautiful websites, YouTube channels, and 10 people in their investor relations department but only 1 inexperienced guy in their acquisitions who couldn't underwrite a lemonade stand.good luck :)

I say make some lemonade out of your lemon and put up some advertising (billboard or the like, whatever codes allow) and have some companies give you some passive income for advertising for them.

I realize you have the hassle of rehabbing the home and re-marketing it every time... but sometimes you just have to make lemonade out of lemons.
