I also suggested to HOA "no littering signs" & to put fines for no littering in the newletter.Also, there's one unit that consistently throws their empty alcohol bottles on the grass (last weekend was brandy; week before a smashed bottle of tequila).Is there any other suggestions you may have?

As we walk the house with the officer I am dumbfounded by a number of party-goers that have the testicular fortitude to come back and demand to re-enter the property to search for a lost cell phone charger, or a box to a tequila bottle.

My parents came to town for my birthday weekend and then my wife bought me some tequila and beer, so my schedule went right out the window.

@Joe Villeneuve  I think the question being posed is how can @Tequila Browninvest in real estate without bringing any of her own money to the table.The answer is you have to have relationships with private lenders and show them that you can protect their money.
